Krysta & Oliver!

Hi my name is Krysta and this is my partner Oliver!

He is a Chocolate Dutch buck, with a very cute personality.

He was born on May 6, 2008 so he is very young!

We started his training on June 23, 2008. He has successfully hopped over 4 bars! So I'm very proud of him.

How Oliver came into my life.
My mom & I started talking about getting another hopping rabbit since Jerry was not doing so well. We found that the Dutch rabbits in the UK were doing really well at hopping so we wanted to try a Dutch bunny.

So I was looking around on the internet and found Kristy Wannop of Kritters Rabbitry and she had a litter of Dutch babies ready to go. I contacted her and we talked through e-mail and when we found a good date for me to come out and see them, so we did. That's when I first meet Oliver. He was so tiny but very active he hopped over my arm lots and loved to explore, so I said he was the one and we took him home.

When we got him home, we let him run around & he "pop corned" all over the place. When we started training he caught on very quickly! But was fussing over getting his harness on and off, but we're working on that!

I'm so very proud of my little Super star. We are looking forward to seeing you at the next CRHC's performance.
